The Power of the Hand

Been riding since mid-April and I have found using the raised hand a pretty effective way of asking drivers to stop when I'm moving down bike paths or sidewalks. Most of the time it works really well and the drivers acknowledge you.

Unfortunately, my knees are absolutely hurting some days after riding. I don't think I can sustain this for years. I think next year I'll be looking at possibly getting a small motorcycle like a Honda Grom or Kawasaki 125. I'll need to take a driving course, they're about $600 near McMahn stadium & they provide everything. But no need to rush, I'll never own a racing bike. Too damn dangerous.

Picture perfect day. Clouds visible on the bonnet of the car.

The sun dominates the iphone's dynamic range.

 Massive clouds in the distance.
